These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of the R Pay CM30 device and use of the R Pay platform. By placing an order through rpay.sa, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the applicable statutory rate. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Machine Compatibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming their equipment meets the CM30 interface requirements prior to installation. R Pay may decline installation if compatibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Moyasar. R Pay does not store your full card details.
